Bavarian Aviation Further Training Association (training-aero)
bavAIRia supports further training for aviation specialists in the training-aero network.
The aviation industry is under historic pressure to act, towards a fundamental modernisation of products, services and the development and manufacturing processes. The mostly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Bavaria’s supply chain face particularly great challenges in acquiring and realigning the necessary resources due to their scarce financial resources.
The appropriate means for this crisis management and modernisation is the consistent training and further education of the working world as well as the adaptation to the rapidly changing markets. In order to be able to sustainably meet the challenges of Industry 4.0, modern further training concepts based on IT technologies (digitalisation) must be created and taught. Supply and demand are thus also brought together in the field of further training.
